Investors also use blockchain technology to enable instant transactions, low transfer fees and unlimited investment with minimal bureaucracy. Investors will be able to buy into the company through fiat and cryptocurrency.

ShareVest will offer discount token holders, additional features, token awards, and equity opportunities. Investors will target the Initial Coins Offer (ICO) from May 2018, to get financial support of $ 21MM. The fund will ensure that the team can change the traditional financial system and not function in raising capital in the private market and exchanging shares with the blockchain solution. The ICO will be used to finance platform development, marketing operations, incentive adoption and team expansion including the sales team needed. The ICO, which launched our own SVX token, will also provide supporters with the opportunity to engage with Sharevest. The 
initial Pre-ICO ICO review will open on TBA from May for a duration of 20 days, the main ICO
