Each sale will be split into 2 parts: 50% will go to the company and 50% will be split among ZAN coin holders relative to their proportion of coins. So not only investors, but developers as well, will gain dividends from their own work. For example, assuming 1 ZAN = 1USD, John has 1% of all coins, and a sale is completed for 10 000 USD. John is automatically eligible for dividends. 50% of the total is slated for the company and 50% for the investors, meaning 5000 ZAN Coins each. The 5000 ZAN Coins in the investor pot is split among investors according to their share of coins, which translates into 50 ZAN for John (based on his 1% share) for this single sale! We will post monthly updates about the company’s success and pay dividends monthly based on our sales results.

  • Crowd-Sale : The funds collected from the ICO will be fully invested to fund the ZAN Coin project. The funds collected will either be released to the project owners or safely returned to the contributors if the target cap goal of 2500 ETH is not achieved. If there are tokens left after the ICO they will be burned.
  • Whitelist : A whitelist is a register of users that provides them with the privilege to allocate ZAN tokens before the start of the first round of token sale. Users have to provide their email address and the number of tokens they would like to acquire. There is a 24-hour time frame for the first round for users who allocated tokens to send to Ethereum or Bitcoin in order to complete the contribution.
